Why we exist

Built by someone who's spent years making sure the phone gets answered.

Ring Them Back isn't a faceless software company. It's a small, hands-on operation built around one idea: the businesses that show up first, win — and most small home service operators are too busy doing the actual work to also be their own front desk.

We started Ring Them Back after watching the same story play out over and over: a busy contractor loses a job not because of price or quality, but because someone else called the customer back first. That's not a sales problem. It's a follow-up problem — and it's completely fixable.

So instead of selling you another dashboard to log into, we set up the missed-call follow-up for you, connect it to the number you already use, and manage it — quietly, in the background — so you can stay focused on the actual work.

We work with a small number of businesses at a time on purpose. That's what lets us pick up the phone, tweak a message the same day something feels off, and actually notice when your call volume changes with the seasons.

What we believe

You shouldn't have to become a software person

We handle setup, wording, and maintenance. You don't touch a dashboard unless you want to.

No contracts, no lock-in

Month to month, always. If it's not working for you, you're free to leave — we'd rather earn the renewal.

A person, not a ticket number

When something needs adjusting, you're talking to the person who built it — not a support queue.
